Overview: Entecom Inc. is a leading managed application services company focused on delivering advanced hosting solutions for the Microsoft Platform to both public sector organizations and private corporations. Entecom's goal is to provide complete application infrastructure services, equipment and support that fills in the gap where many organizations do not have the time, money or personnel resources to maintain fully operational network services.

Business Challenge: To establish Entecom as a leading and experienced provider in the commercial market while maintaining the appropriate position to continue maximizing revenues from government contracts. DDGlobal developed strategies to best market and implement Entecom's key differentiating function: a robust Network Operations Center console (eNOC) available to customers 24/7. Entecom engaged DDGlobal to address these needs while updating their existing and limited brochure-ware site.

Business Solution: DDGlobal created and implemented Entecom's overall corporate presence in a series of products designed to establish Entecom as a viable industry player:

• Stationery system (letterhead, business cards, envelopes)

• Four-color marketing slicks and folder

The consistent visual package created expanded Entecom's marketing and sales

reach and positioned the company to provide top-quality service to customers. DDGlobal designed a look for Entecom's web site that was both technologically savvy while maximizing usability and creating focus on Entecom's core services and eNOC product offering.

Technical Solution: DDGlobal created this portal site solution for Entecom with two distinct faces. The "Dashboard" face was designed to appeal specifically to executives and others interested in the high-level details of Entecom's powerful eNOC functionality. The second face, created in HTML, was designed for the system administrators who need to access standard functionality on a daily basis with no added extras slowing them down. This approach maximized the usability of Entecom's proprietary differentiator and helped to drive traffic through the site.
