Cox Communications, a full-service provider of telecommunications products, has realized increased efficiencies and error reduction after the first phases of engagement with DDGlobal.  Cox Communications, Orange County, CA needed a solution to replace a manual data entry process between an in-house developed work order, installation scheduling system and a legacy AS400-based system provided by Cox’s Corporate home office, and available primarily thru VT terminal or terminal emulator screens.

Utilizing the FlyNet license(s) previously acquired by Cox Communications Orange County was utilized, customized, and deployed by DDGlobal to provide next generation web service interfaces, complete with built-in business rules and data validation, to the legacy system without any manual user intervention.
